We are looking for:

Social Media Sharing - At minimum, can you please share to your social medias or spread the word?

Volunteers - This would be a great opportunity for high school students needing volunteer hours for college applications and individuals in the community who would be available now through August 10th to promote the event on social media, hand out flyers at events or where they are comfortable promoting, collect donations, request donations, request sponsorships, provide support at events August 9th and 10th, monitor admission, give our water, oversee activities for youth and more. Whatever falls within your capacity. Upon registration, you will be contacted regarding virtual meetings about updates and answer any questions.

Panelists - We are seeking individuals from different walks of life and career fields that provide areas of support and information that stimulates community growth.

The panels include:

Your Voice Is Valid – A panel of individuals who speak for human rights, petition policy and are making an impact with changes needed in the community.

Heel to Healing – A panel of individuals who are grounded in mental health awareness, natural healing techniques (with appropriate disclaimers), massage, health and wellness.

Resource Force – A panel of representatives from organizations that provide support to families and members of the community.

Get To The Bag – This is a panel focuses on financial literacy to build wealth, credit, entrepreneurship, etc. to assist in the dissolution of poverty.

Music Biz – Learn how to navigate the music industry from professionals in the music industry.  Music is a Business not a hobby and knowledge of the blueprint will save you time, money and energy.

Coed Basketball Teams for August 9, 2025 7pm to 11pm for the Backpacks N Ball Basketball Tournament and Backpack Drive.

Each team receives a team flyer, team photo, team shirts, 15 min game, winner advances for trophy.

4 High School Teams $50 Per Team

4 Adult Teams $100 Per Team

Referees - We are seeking 2-4 referees to referee tournament on August 9, 2025 7pm - 11pm for the Backpacks N Ball Basketball Tournament and Backpack Drive.

Youth Talent - We are seeking 8 individuals or groups to perform in between games August 9, 2025 7pm to 11pm for Backpacks N Ball Basketball Tournament and Backpack Drive.

Performers - We are seeking artist to perform, clean family friendly material on August 10, 2025 3pm to 9pm for the We Are Community Concert

Community Organizations - We are seeking Non Profit Organizations and Community Resources to have a presence at both events at no cost. We want our community to know the plethora of opportunities available to get support.

Guest Speakers - Don’t want a vendor table but want to bring awareness to the value that you bring to the community? Speak prior to or after the panel at the We Are Community Concert August 10, 2025 3pm to 9pm
